Food Plan + 1 Group Workout per Week
Our regular food plan, but better - now built into a weekly setup with a group workout to complete the picture. This is a 6 week programme, with the option to continue to keep your progress going.
Suits any level; beginner to advanced.
This is a minimum 6 week membership including:
• Initial consult – measurements, photos, goal setting
• Online check-in opportunities
• 1x personalised Flexi Menu – choose meals from a range of options, all calorie & macro aligned to your goal
• Shopping lists
• 1x group training session per week (book your class online to suit your schedule)
• Final consult – measurements, photos
• Copies of your results
If you’re working toward a longer goal, simply continue beyond 6 weeks at the same weekly rate.
After the initial 6 weeks, payments will continue weekly at the same rate to keep your progress going.
To cancel after the 6 week period, we require 3 working days’ notice via email prior to your next payment.
Payments are processed weekly on the same weekday you signed up and cannot be changed.
